Every two years, Turkey reports to the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe for Opuz Group Cases, and the Committee of Ministers makes recommendations to Turkey. We, as the Mor Çatı Women’s Shelter Foundation, contributed to the process of monitoring these cases with the shadow report we prepared.
